MASH‑TAG 2027 CME Symposium

Each symposium runs approximately 60 minutes, after the morning session on Friday, January 8 or Saturday, January 9, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. The start time may move to 12:15 p.m. if needed.

Boxed lunches for all conference attendees are set outside the meeting room.

• 50 virtual attendees

A pre-registration or membership mailing list is not provided, as that information is proprietary.

MASH-TAG conference registration is required for all attendees. The slot fee includes two (2) registrations.

The grantee is responsible for CME accreditation. MASH-TAG course directors and faculty should be part of the presenting parties.

• Basic AV: projector, screen, and microphones.
• Independent broadcasting: available for grantees who want to host or livestream to a virtual audience independently of the MASH-TAG conference.

Any additional needs are the grantee's responsibility, including:

• Hardwired connection and AV technicians for independent broadcasting
• ARS, polling, or voting equipment and management

Additional set-up takes place after 8:00 p.m. the evening before your slot (see Key Dates).
